Here you can conduct a preliminary search of Trademark Office records to see if the mark you are interested in has been registered or applied-for by another party. Please note that we recommend against relying on such a search to the exclusion of a full trademark search, because searching Trademark Office records does not account for the many unregistered uses that may cause difficulties or liability.
